tortilla chips with pineapple and tomato

Tortilla Chips with Pineapple and Tomato (301 cal)
10 tortilla chips 
1/2 cup pineapple
handful of mini tomatos, chopped onion
1 cm slice mozzerella cheese, diced
2 TBSP sour cream, light
 cal 2 TBSP salsa
layer pineapple, tomatos, onion and cubed or grated or cubed cheese
over the tortilla chips, broil until browned.
 add a dollop of salsa and sour cream.


100 cal 10 tortilla chips
38 cal 1/2 cup pineapple
26 calhandful of mini tomatos, chopped onion
90 cal 1 cm slice mozzerella cheese, diced
35 cal 2 TBSP sour cream, light
12 cal 2 TBSP salsa
