Salad Rolls

Salad Rolls (253 calories) 
  4 pieces rice paper
cal 1/2 cup lettuce
 cal 1/4 cup slivered celery
 cal 1/4 cup cabbage
 cal 1/4 cup shredded carrots
 cal 1/8 cup toasted almonds
 cal 1/8 cup raisins
soak rice paper in hot water for 5-10 seconds, until it is soft.
place on clean dish towel, put ingredients in the center. fold one side over, then the ends,
and then roll it up. I love these,
especially the sweetness of the raisins.

15 cal 1/4 cup shredded carrots
80 cal 1/8 cup toasted almonds
