Fruit Salad, Spagetti Squash with Vegetarian Chicken

Yellow Soup with cloves (90 calories)
Fruit Salad (290 calories)
for the fruit salad, place 1/2 cup blueberries,
 1 sliced banana and 3 tsp vanilla into non stick saucepan. heat up a little,
 cover and turn off heat.
 let it sit for about 5 minutes, then place into a bowl
and drizzle with 1 TBSP chocolate sauce.


Spagetti Squash with Vegetable "Chicken" (195 calories) 
1/2 spagetti squash
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 vegetable "chicken" patty
boil spagetti squash, scrape out strands with a fork, place on plate.
layer on heated tomato sauce, and then sliced vegetarian pattie.
 top with oregano
